    Spiritual direction can be a lonely vocation at times, so we want to help you develop relationships and community with other likeminded professionals. We host local gatherings for spiritual directors in Colorado Springs (check our Events Page!), and we’re always looking for ways to support and collaborate with others.

    Both Rachel and Bryan are trained and certified (through Sustainable Faith) to offer supervision to fellow spiritual directors. Supervision of Spiritual Directors

We practice a contemplative, evocative approach to supervision, primarily focusing on the spiritual director’s inner experience while offering direction. We believe directors are at their best when they minister from a place of interior freedom, and we deeply enjoy caring for fellow spiritual directors in this way!

We offer:

  • A FREE 30-minute consultation appointment

  • One-on-one supervision

  • Group supervision opportunities

  • One-hour sessions at $80 per session (Please send us a message to inquire about a group rate!)

  • Local and online options

Walking alongside our peers to further skills and become increasingly attentive to God’s presence and movement in the lives of our directees is a great privilege. We consider supervision to be an essential part of CURATE’s ministry.

Supervision coaching for Peer Supervision Groups

Peer supervision is one of the best ways to stay in a regular practice of supervision with other spiritual directors. We realize that sometimes, these groups could benefit from coaching in how to participate in peer supervision together.

We offer coaching for peer supervision groups who don’t have a trained supervisor, but want some training in accompanying each other in the supervision process. We will train your entire group in 4-6 sessions, and remain available for ongoing coaching or professional supervision, should any further needs in your group arise.

We offer:

  • 4-6 sessions of coaching in peer supervision, including:

    • training in leading and participating in peer supervision

    • a format and template for a 60-90-minute peer supervision session

    • practice sessions of peer supervision

  • A customized reflection form for your group

  • Ongoing coaching and availability for individual or group supervision as needed

Cost: $150/month for five months ($750 total for the group)
