We moved! (and a few updates on upcoming events)
WE MOVED!
If you haven’t heard already, we have moved back to Colorado! We’ve been praying about this for a while and a few things aligned that made this a good time to move. First, Bryan is pursuing ordination with the Anglican Church in North America. We have felt drawn toward an evangelical, sacramental, charismatic expression of faith for many years now. Bryan has been in the process for a few months and in order to move forward in completing ordination, being back in Colorado made it easier to connect with the leadership he is working with and to plug into a church locally.
Second, we are pregnant! And we couldn’t be more excited. Many of you knew that already, but our due date is February 1st. As we prepare to welcome our little girl into the world, we want to be closer to family, especially in the midst of a pandemic.
As we've made this move, CURATE will still continue much in the way it has before. We remain committed to providing spiritual direction to individuals, both in person and online. Many of the directees we were meeting with in person in Auburn we will continue to meet with virtually, and our relationships with those we met with online will remain the same. We will continue to offer retreats to help people connect deeply with Jesus (see below for an upcoming Advent retreat!). We were already planning some online events, and we’ll keep those going into 2021. And as always, we'll continue to create resources that help you to grow in your walk with God. While we are in a new location, our mission remains the same and we continue to stay as committed and excited to that mission as ever!
ADVENT RETREAT: THE PURSUIT OF PEACE
Speaking of retreats, we have an online Advent retreat coming up on Dec. 12th from 9:30am to 12:30pm (Mountain Time). This retreat will be hosted on Zoom, so you can join us from anywhere in the world. Join us as we fix our eyes on Jesus, sit in the waiting, and pursue His peace together.
